Abstract

The moon cake extrusion mold comprises a base, the upper end of the base is fixedly connected with a support, the interior of the support is connected with a pressing rod through threads, the top of the pressing rod is fixedly connected with a rotating disc, and the circumferential face of the rotating disc is fixedly connected with a plurality of annular rotating rods which are evenly distributed. The lower end of the pressing rod makes contact with an upper die. The pressing rod is in threaded connection with the support, the upper die can be pressed downwards through rotation of the pressing rod, extrusion forming of mooncakes can be achieved through cooperation of the upper die and the lower die, after mooncake forming is completed, upward jacking force can be applied to the connecting disc under the elastic effect of the second spring, and the mooncakes can be pressed downwards through the upper die and the lower die. Molded mooncakes can be ejected upwards through the connecting disc, demolding of the molded mooncakes is facilitated, the displacement amount of the connecting disc can be limited in the mooncake molding process through the action of the magnetic attraction inserting rod, and the mooncake molding thickness can be controlled.
