Abstract

The surface polishing device comprises a moving rod, rotating shafts penetrate through and are rotationally connected to the upper side of the middle of the moving rod, clamping blocks are fixedly connected to the ends, close to each other, of the two rotating shafts, a worm gear is fixedly connected to the left end of the rotating shaft on the left side, and a worm is connected to the bottom of the worm gear in an engaged mode. The worm is rotationally connected to the upper side between the U-shaped plates, a driving motor is fixedly connected to the upper side of the right wall of each U-shaped plate, and an output shaft of each driving motor is fixedly connected with the worm. According to the surface grinding device for basketball middle tire machining, when the surface of a basketball middle tire needs to be machined, the middle tire is placed between two sets of clamping blocks, then a crank is rotated, in the rotating process of the crank, a rotating disc and a two-way screw are rotated, and in the rotating process of the two-way screw, threaded blocks on the left side and threaded blocks on the right side get close to each other; and therefore, the moving rod and the clamping block are close to each other to clamp and fix the inner basketball middle tire, the manual holding step is omitted, and the labor cost needed for machining the basketball middle tire is reduced.
