Abstract

The injection mold comprises an upper mold body, the bottom of the upper mold body and the top of a lower mold body are tightly assembled, a supporting base is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the lower mold body, cooling water ways are arranged in the upper mold body and the lower mold body correspondingly, and water inlet and outlet connectors are formed in the outer side walls of the upper mold body and the lower mold body correspondingly and communicate with the cooling water ways; auxiliary cooling assemblies are fixedly installed on the two outer side walls, adjacent to the water inlet and outlet connector, of the upper mold and the lower mold correspondingly, the auxiliary cooling assemblies are installed on the outer side walls of the upper mold and the lower mold, a plurality of cooling fins are arranged in the auxiliary cooling assemblies, and cooling water is injected into U-shaped cooling pipes in the auxiliary cooling assemblies. Cooling water path systems of the upper mold and the lower mold can be assisted to rapidly dissipate heat conducted to the upper mold and the lower mold by a high-temperature injection molding product, so that the injection molding product can be rapidly cooled and molded, and demolding separation of the molded product and the mold is facilitated.
