TPE bottom and back frame integrated carpet

Abstract

The utility model provides a TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) bottom-back frame integrated carpet which comprises a carpet surface layer and a bottom-back frame integrated layer, the bottom-back frame integrated layer comprises an upper TPE layer, a middle layer and a lower TPE layer, a frame is arranged on the outer side of the upper TPE layer, and the bottom surface of the carpet surface layer is connected with the top surface of the upper TPE layer; the upper TPE layer, the middle layer, the lower TPE layer and the frame are integrally formed; the middle layer comprises a light and thin fabric or a high-strength film, or the light and thin fabric is superposed with the high-strength film; the light and thin fabric is a natural fiber fabric, a chemical fiber fabric or a glass fiber fabric; the high-strength film is a PP film, a PA film, a PE film or a PET film. The carpet is simple in structure, the carpet has excellent breaking strength by adding the middle layer (namely the light and thin fabric or the high-strength film), the requirement for durability of the carpet with the frame is met, the four corners of the carpet are not prone to warping, the problem that edges of a traditional carpet with the frame are prone to warping is solved, the integrally-formed structure is adopted, and the breaking strength of the frame is further improved.
