The upper end of the shading box is connected with a light-transmitting box; the shading part comprises n-shaped rods, a rotating rod, shading cloth and a shading plate, the front end and the rear end of the light-transmitting box are vertically sleeved with the n-shaped rods, a light-transmitting cover plate is arranged at an opening, between the two n-shaped rods, of the upper end of the light-transmitting box, connecting plates are connected to the lower ends of the left portions of the outer side faces of the two n-shaped rods, the two ends of the rotating rod are rotationally connected with the two connecting plates respectively, and the shading cloth is wound around the rotating rod. The free end of the shading cloth is connected with a limiting plate, and the limiting plate is limited by any set of limiting rods; and shading plates are arranged on the opposite side surfaces of the two n-shaped rods in an up-down sliding manner. The utility model solves the problems that the pteridophyte spore incubator is inconvenient to fix, the position of the shading cloth is inconvenient to adjust, and the use effect of the existing shading device is poor.
