Abstract

The tidying device comprises a first conveying belt, one end of the first conveying belt is connected to an instant freezer body, a second conveying belt is arranged below the end, away from the instant freezer body, of the first conveying belt, and a material leaking opening is formed in the second conveying belt. A feeding base is arranged below the material leaking opening, a rotating disc is arranged on the feeding base, a plurality of weighing devices are arranged on the rotating disc, and the weighing devices are fixed below the material leaking opening; a pressure sensor is installed, the rated weight is set, the loading capacity of material receiving frames reaches a set value, the pressure sensor controls a servo motor to rotate a rotating disc so that a second material receiving frame can rotate to the position below a material leakage opening, neatening continues, and the conveying speed of a second conveying belt is set to be two times that of a first conveying belt; the distance between the single food on the second conveying belt is increased, the blanking interval of the single food is increased, time for sufficient weight detection is reserved for the pressure sensor, and stable weighing is guaranteed.
