According to the neutron capture treatment system provided by the invention, the first accessory part is arranged between the first surface of the accommodating cavity and the outer surface of the particle transmission part, so that the neutrons in the offset direction are reflected back to the preset direction, and the epithermal neutron flux for treatment is improved.
