Abstract

According to the battery pack design provided by the invention, the radiator is arranged in the box body, and the adjustable fluid inlet and the adjustable fluid outlet are arranged, so that the dual functions of efficient heat dissipation and heat preservation are realized. The design not only can prevent the battery from being overheated so as to ensure safety, but also can provide a good heat preservation effect when the fluid main channel is closed by matching with the heat insulation layer structure. Besides, by planning the positions of the fluid inlet and the fluid outlet and the fluid outflow direction, the hot air cascade phenomenon when the battery packs are placed side by side is effectively prevented, the back-to-back parallel operation requirement of the system is met, and the parallel operation area energy density of the system is improved. The battery pack can solve the design contradiction between cooling and heat preservation, has the advantages of small occupied area, windproof protection and the like, is suitable for various outdoor application scenes, and provides reliable guarantee for stable operation and service life prolonging of the battery pack.
