The eccentric assembly, the connecting rod, the push plate, the diaphragm and the spring are arranged in the containing cavity; the eccentric assembly comprises an eccentric shaft and a clamping sleeve part, the clamping sleeve part sleeves the eccentric shaft, the connecting rod is sleeved with a spring and connected with the clamping sleeve part, the end, away from the clamping sleeve part, of the connecting rod is connected with a push plate, and the end, away from the connecting rod, of the push plate is connected with a diaphragm. On one hand, the push plate is adopted to push the diaphragm, the strength of the diaphragm can be increased, and the problems that the flow is unstable and the durability of the diaphragm is reduced due to the fact that the diaphragm is soft are solved, and on the other hand, the spring is adopted to rebound the diaphragm, so that the diaphragm can be rapidly reset, the suction volume is more stable, and the flow precision is improved. And the eccentric pressure generated when the diaphragm retreats can be reduced, and the practicability is higher.
