Abstract

The asphalt emulsifying equipment comprises a working barrel, a material barrel, a liquid outlet barrel and a movable plate, the middle position of the top end of the working barrel is fixedly connected with the material barrel, the top end of one side of the material barrel is fixedly connected with a liquid inlet, and a rotating motor is installed in the middle position of the top end of the material barrel; a rotating rod is installed at the output shaft end of the rotating motor, and a guide pipe is arranged in the middle of one side in the rotating rod. The material barrel is arranged in the middle of the top end of the working barrel, an emulsifying agent can be guided into the material barrel through the liquid inlet, meanwhile, the emulsifying agent in the material barrel can enter the guide bin through the through hole in the top end of the rotating disc and enter the liquid outlet barrel through the guide bin, and at the moment, the rotating rod drives the liquid outlet barrel to rotate through centrifugal force; an emulsifier in the liquid outlet cylinder can be uniformly scattered on asphalt in the working cylinder through the liquid outlet, so that the asphalt emulsification work is uniformly performed.
