Dry oxygen is guided into the oxygen filling cavity to replace air and other gases in the oxygen filling cavity, when aluminum alloy liquid is pressed into the cavity, the oxygen and the aluminum alloy liquid are subjected to a combination reaction to generate AL203 small particles with the diameter smaller than 1 micrometer and evenly distributed, and therefore air holes are reduced or eliminated, the compactness of a casting is improved, and in addition, the service life of the casting is prolonged. The first extrusion pin is close to a pouring inlet of the die, the second extrusion pin is far away from the pouring inlet and is close to the filling tail end of the die, the extrusion sequence is controlled by setting the extrusion sequence, extruding the part close to the filling tail end earlier and extruding the part close to the pouring inlet later, and two extrusion signals are given by equipment to control the extrusion sequence, so that the part with the thick wall can fully react with oxygen.
