A sliding block on one side of a motor slides into a T-shaped guide groove in the surface of a first arc-shaped block, an output shaft of the motor and a bearing inner ring on a rotating shaft base are fixed, a threaded rod is screwed, and the threaded rod drives a second arc-shaped block on the top of a fixing plate to move towards the end close to the first arc-shaped block and make contact with the motor; and the motor is fixed between the first arc-shaped block and the second arc-shaped block, so that the motor is relatively convenient to fix, and the problem of relatively long time consumption when the motor is mounted or dismounted is avoided.
