The utility model relates to the technical field of waste water recycling, in particular to a power plant waste heat recovery system which comprises a periodic blowdown flash tank, a cooling subsystem, a recovery pipeline subsystem, a continuous blowdown flash tank and a heat supply network subsystem. The recovery pipeline subsystem is connected between the continuous blowdown flash tank and the heat supply network subsystem; the periodic blowdown flash tank is connected between the continuous blowdown flash tank and the cooling subsystem; wastewater in the continuous blowdown flash tank flows into the heat supply network subsystem through the recovery pipeline subsystem, wastewater in the continuous blowdown flash tank flows into the cooling subsystem through the periodic blowdown flash tank, and the wastewater in the continuous blowdown flash tank is recovered to the heat supply network subsystem for waste heat utilization. The water supplementing amount of circulating water in the heat supply network subsystem can be reduced, coal consumption generated by power generation is reduced, and economic benefits are improved.
