Reinforcing steel bar binding robot capable of accurately and transversely moving

Abstract

A reinforcing steel bar binding robot capable of accurately and transversely moving comprises a lifting mechanism, a transverse moving mechanism and a vehicle body, the lifting mechanism comprises a supporting piece, a first driving device arranged on the supporting piece, a lifting piece and an objective table, one end of the lifting piece is connected with the output end of the first driving device, and the other end of the lifting piece is provided with a first tooth joint part; the objective table is provided with a second toothing part which is in toothing fit with the first toothing part; the translation mechanism comprises a second driving device, a transmission piece and a connecting piece, one of the second driving device and the connecting piece is connected to the objective table, and the other one is connected to the vehicle main body; one end of the transmission piece is connected with the output end of the second driving device, the other end of the transmission piece is provided with a third tooth joint part, and the connecting piece is provided with a fourth tooth joint part matched with the third tooth joint part in a tooth joint mode. Compared with the prior art, the reinforcing steel bar binding robot can accurately move in the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction and is wide in applicability.
