Abstract

The utility model relates to the technical field of stainless steel pipes, in particular to an aviation wear-resistant bending-resistant stainless steel pipe which comprises a stainless steel pipe body. The positioning assembly is used for pre-positioning the two stainless steel pipe bodies when the two stainless steel pipe bodies are connected; the reinforcing assembly comprises a first connecting ring fixedly arranged on the surface of one stainless steel pipe body and a second connecting ring fixedly arranged on the surface of the other stainless steel pipe body. By arranging the positioning assembly, before the two stainless steel pipes are welded and connected, the three positioning columns on one stainless steel pipe can be inserted into the three positioning grooves in the end of the other stainless steel pipe respectively, and therefore effective positioning and supporting of the joint of the two stainless steel pipes can be achieved, and the two stainless steel pipes can be welded and connected through the positioning assembly after welding. The welding position of the two stainless steel pipes has a good supporting and reinforcing effect, and the bending resistance of the connecting position of the two stainless steel pipes after welding is improved.
