The functions of slurry premixing equipment and high-speed dispersion circulating equipment are combined, powder and liquid are premixed and kneaded by using the slurry premixing equipment before high-speed dispersion, and the premixed and kneaded powder-liquid mixture enters the high-speed dispersion circulating equipment to be subjected to high-speed shearing dispersion; and the slurry can be sufficiently kneaded, mixed, dispersed and sheared in a short time.
