The first motor is arranged at the top of the handle; the first shaft arm comprises a first sub-arm and a second sub-arm, one end of the first sub-arm is connected with the first motor and can be driven by the first motor to rotate, and the other end of the first sub-arm is rotationally connected with one end of the second sub-arm through a first hinge structure; the second motor is rotationally connected with the other end of the second sub-arm through a second hinge structure; one end of the second shaft arm is connected with one end of the second motor and can be driven by the second motor to rotate, and the other end of the second shaft arm is used for driving a load. Wherein the handheld holder is set to be capable of being switched between an unfolded state and a folded state; in the folding state, the second shaft arm and the second sub-arm are both close to the peripheral face of the outer side of the handle, and the second shaft arm and the second sub-arm are both approximately parallel to the handle.
