Through holes which are uniformly distributed are formed in the wall of the rotating cage; a cover plate fixed through a bolt is arranged on the side face of the rotating cage. A part is placed in the rotary type rotating cage, the rotating cage and the part in the rotating cage are immersed into oil together for tempering operation, the part is driven to move in the rotating cage in the rotating process, the part can make better contact with oil for tempering, and the uniform tempering effect is achieved.
