The two sets of stamping tools are arranged below the tool rest in a sliding mode, the two sets of stamping tools are driven by a driving component arranged on the tool rest to slide oppositely, and a base used for fixing a chain plate is arranged below the stamping tools. Compared with a traditional tool rest and stamping tool structure, the design of the stamping machine tool rest and the stamping tool structure of the stamping machine tool rest has the advantages that the distance between the stamping tools can be adjusted more conveniently and rapidly, and therefore the hole distance of punched holes in corresponding chain plates can be adjusted according to chains with different pitch requirements such as double pitches; and therefore, the punching machine is not influenced by the types and models of the chain plates in the use process, and has higher adaptability and use flexibility.
