A piston rod of the fixed cylinder is provided with a positioning plate. According to the device, the anti-explosion valve is clamped through the clamping air cylinder, then the anti-explosion valve is pressed into a mounting hole of a battery shell through the lifting air cylinder, the device cannot damage the anti-explosion valve, time and labor are saved, and the working efficiency is greatly improved.
