Continuous lubricating system for tilting speed reducer

Abstract

The utility model discloses a continuous lubricating system for a tilting speed reducer, which comprises a gear assembly, a driving shaft, an overrun clutch, a driving assembly, a dry oil pump, a dry oil tank and a dry oil pipeline, the bottom of the driving shaft is connected with one end of a driving assembly through an overrun clutch, the driving shaft is used for driving the driving assembly to work, the other end of the driving assembly is connected with an input shaft of a grease pump, and an opening of the grease tank is connected with an oil inlet of the grease pump. An oil outlet of the dry oil pump is connected to a tilting shaft copper sleeve of the tilting speed reducer through a dry oil pipeline, and the driving assembly is used for driving the dry oil pump to work so as to convey the lubricating dry oil in the dry oil tank into the tilting shaft copper sleeve. The tilting shaft copper sleeve can be continuously lubricated in the whole upward tilting process of the tilting speed reducer, the purpose of prolonging the service life of the tilting shaft is achieved, and the overhaul period of the tilting speed reducer is prolonged.
