The grounding device is applied to a vehicle and comprises a main body and a connecting part, and the main body is used for bearing a coaxial cable; the connecting part is used for connecting the main body to a vehicle, and the grounding device is used for conducting a shielding layer of the coaxial cable and the vehicle. As the main body and the connecting part of the grounding device are both metal pieces, the shielding layer of the coaxial cable is conducted with the vehicle, and the shielding loop of the coaxial cable is grounded. In the scheme, by additionally arranging the grounding device, the shielding layer of the coaxial cable for signal transmission on the vehicle is conducted with the vehicle to realize grounding, so that external electromagnetic waves are converted into electric energy through the shielding layer of the coaxial cable to be led out, the influence of the external electromagnetic waves on the EMC of the vehicle is effectively reduced, and the electromagnetic interference is reduced; and the performance of the radio receiving and vehicle entertainment host system is improved. Meanwhile, the grounding device is simple in structure, obvious in effect, easy to operate and low in cost.
