Air fryer

Abstract

The utility model relates to an air fryer. The air fryer comprises a base, a first support arm, a second support arm, a fryer body, a heater, a conversion locking switch and a saucepan, the first supporting arm and the second supporting arm are symmetrically fixed to the two sides of the base, and a working cavity is formed by the space among the first supporting arm, the second supporting arm and the base. The heater comprises an outer shell, an inner shell and an electric heating tube; one side of the shell is rotationally connected with the upper end of the first supporting arm, the other side of the shell is connected with the upper end of the second supporting arm through a conversion locking switch, and one face of the shell is provided with an inwards-sunken equipment cavity. The electric heating tube is mounted in an inner cavity of the inner shell; the electric heating tube, the opening end of the inner shell and the opening end of the equipment cavity jointly form a heat conduction surface; the heater is used for heating the fryer body when the heater is rotated to the heat conduction face facing the working cavity, the heater is used for heating the saucepan when the heater is rotated to the heat conduction face backing on to the working cavity, and rapid conversion of the frying-to-boiling state or the boiling-to-frying state is achieved through the arrangement of the conversion locking switch.
