Pressure straightening device for straightening shaft type rod pieces

Abstract

The pressure straightening device is characterized in that a supporting frame and a straightening seat which correspond end to end are fixed to the middle of the upper end face of a support from left to right, the left end of the supporting frame extends out of the support, an oil cylinder penetrating through the supporting frame is arranged outside the left side of the support, and the upper end of a shell of the oil cylinder is hinged to the left end of the supporting frame; the supporting frame is provided with a swing straightening device connected with a piston rod of the oil cylinder, and the swing straightening device is driven by the oil cylinder to press and straighten the shaft type rod piece placed on the straightening base. The swing pressure correcting device is arranged on the supporting frame on the support, the oil cylinder hinged to the left end of the supporting frame is connected with the swing pressure correcting device, and the oil cylinder drives the swing pressure correcting device to press and straighten the shaft type rod piece placed on the straightening base. The problems of high labor intensity, complex operation and time and labor waste of pure manual repeated straightening are solved, semi-mechanical operation is achieved, the labor intensity of workers is relieved, and the straightening device is suitable for straightening slender shafts and lead screws which deform to different degrees.
