Abstract

The base structure of the modular air conditioner comprises two first side frames and two second side edges, the first side frames are provided with clamping grooves, the second side frames are provided with clamping blocks, and the first side frames and the second side frames are connected in a pre-positioning mode through the clamping grooves and the clamping blocks and then welded into a rectangular frame. The first side frame and the second side frame are positioned, connected and then welded through the clamping grooves and the clamping blocks, the problem that the first side frame and the second side frame are difficult to align during welding is solved, the welding accuracy is ensured, the welding efficiency is improved, operation is convenient, only one welder is needed for operation, and the labor cost is effectively reduced.
