Abstract

A battery plate group clamping and arranging device comprises a bottom plate and a clamping mechanism, a first limiting plate is arranged at one end of the bottom plate, a second limiting plate is arranged at the other end of the bottom plate, and the clamping mechanism is arranged between the first limiting plate and the second limiting plate; the clamping mechanism comprises a baffle and a push plate, more than two sliding rods are arranged between the baffle and the push plate, and the push plate can slide on the sliding rods; a plurality of partition plates are arranged on the sliding rod between the baffle and the push plate and can slide on the sliding rod; the sliding rod is sleeved with an elastic piece. An air cylinder is arranged on the outer side of the second limiting plate, a first through hole is formed in the second limiting plate, and a push rod of the air cylinder penetrates through the through hole and then is connected with the push plate; according to the scheme, the push plate is pushed by the air cylinder, and the push plate pushes the elastic piece, so that the partition plates are pushed to extrude the battery pole plate group between the partition plates, and the air cylinder provides power, so that manpower is not consumed, the device is more convenient, and meanwhile, sufficient pressure can be provided for the battery pole plate group.
