Floating connection control system of double-pull-rod sliding block movable bale breaker

Abstract

An oil inlet of a hydraulic oil pump is connected with a hydraulic oil tank, an oil outlet of the hydraulic oil pump is connected with a port P of an electromagnetic relief valve group, and the electromagnetic relief valve group is respectively connected with a port P of a reversing valve group after passing through an internal one-way valve; the electromagnetic overflow valve group is connected with a filter after being converged with a T port of the reversing valve group; the filter is communicated with a hydraulic oil tank; a first reversing valve of the reversing valve group is connected with piston cavities of the first clamping oil cylinder and the second clamping oil cylinder through a first hydraulic control one-way valve and a first energy accumulator group; a second reversing valve of the reversing valve group is connected with piston cavities of the third clamping oil cylinder and the fourth clamping oil cylinder through a second hydraulic control one-way valve and a second energy accumulator group; a third reversing valve of the reversing valve group is connected with the unpacking oil cylinder group through the control valve group; and the pressure transmitter group is used for detecting the pressure of the system. By means of the system, real-time clamping of the multiple clamping oil cylinders of the double-pull-rod sliding block moving type bale breaker under the constant pressure can be achieved.
