The fixed ring and the sliding ring are both provided with electromagnets, the sliding ring is provided with a pressing block, the pressing block is provided with a second spring, the pressing block penetrates into the fixed cylinder to be in sliding fit, the fixed cylinder is provided with a measuring rod with a locking bolt, the measuring rod is provided with a flat-bottom hole in which a bottom probe is inserted, the bottom probe comprises an insulating sleeve, a conductive needle, a third spring and a negative electrode block, and the conductive needle is connected to the insulating sleeve. The negative pole block is connected to the conductive needle, the insulating sleeve is connected to a third spring, the connecting block is hinged to a positive pole block, and a vertical ruler and a numerical value display are arranged above the measuring rod. The device mainly can achieve precise needle alignment during asphalt needle penetration detection, reduces the needle alignment difficulty, and improves the measurement precision.
