Abstract

The utility model relates to the technical field of mixing devices, in particular to a light porous granular ammonium nitrate and high-viscosity high-density colloid mixing device which comprises a mixing and stirring tank, a manhole, a stirrer support, a helical ribbon stirrer, a rack and a discharging valve. The mixing and stirring tank body comprises a first inclined baffle plate, a second inclined baffle plate, a straight cylinder body, a conical cylinder body, a cylinder body lug seat and a discharge hole flange; the first inclined baffle and the center line of the straight cylinder are arranged in a relatively inclined manner to form an inclined angle alpha; the second inclined baffle and the center line of the straight cylinder are arranged in a relatively inclined manner to form an inclined angle beta; the rotation directions of the inclination angle alpha and the inclination angle beta are opposite; the helical ribbon stirrer is obliquely arranged and forms an inclined angle gamma with the center of the mixing and stirring tank body; and the rotating direction of the helical ribbon stirrer is opposite to the rotating direction of the first inclined baffle plate arrangement. The method has the effect of improving the problem of uniform mixing of the porous granular ammonium nitrate and the high-viscosity and high-density colloid.
