The utility model relates to the technical field of generator set carrying and mounting, in particular to a rotatable carrying device which comprises symmetrically arranged steel rails, a connecting structure movably connected to the tops of the steel rails, a detachable on-track weight pushing machine movably connected to one side of the connecting structure, and a rotating structure movably connected to the middle of the top of the connecting structure. A generator set is placed on the top of the rotating structure. When the device is used, the generator set is placed on the rotating structure, the connecting structure is pushed by the on-track weight pushing machine to drive the generator set to move in the steel rail laying direction, then the chain block is used for enabling the generator set to rotate through the rotating structure, and therefore the generator set is adjusted to a preset installation position. The device is simple in structure, guarantees the stability of the generator set in the consignment process, is easy to operate, can be repeatedly used on equipment of the same type, brings great convenience to construction, saves the labor cost, and shortens the construction period.
