A quantitative grease gun comprises a gun body, the gun body is provided with a grease rod cavity and a grease outlet nozzle communicated with the grease rod cavity, and a grease pushing rod is arranged in the grease rod cavity; the air valve is arranged on the gun body and is connected with the oil pushing rod; the piston cavity is formed in the gun body, and a piston rod is arranged in the piston cavity in a sliding mode; when the piston rod is driven to slide towards the inner side of the piston cavity, the air valve works and drives the oil pushing rod to slide towards the oil outlet nozzle along the oil rod cavity; when the piston rod slides towards the outer side of the piston cavity to be reset under the action of the elastic reset piece, the air valve works and drives the oil pushing rod to slide to be reset along the oil rod cavity away from the oil outlet nozzle. The pneumatic grease filling device realizes quantitative grease filling in a pneumatic mode.
