Abstract

The utility model provides a tank furnace for producing basalt fibers, and relates to the field of basalt fiber production. The tank kiln comprises a kiln body and a shaft kiln body, the kiln body is provided with a first heat source supply port communicated with a plasma generating device outside the tank kiln, and the included angle between the direction of the first heat source supply port extending into the kiln body and the direction of the shaft kiln body extending into the kiln body is 30-90 degrees. The high-temperature fluid introduced by the plasma generating device can sufficiently heat the basalt molten mass and form effective convection heating with the basalt material in the shaft kiln body, so that the heating and melting speed of the basalt material is increased; a second heat source supply port is formed in the bottom of the furnace body, and an electrode connected with the second heat source supply port is used for heating or preserving heat of the basalt molten mass in the furnace body; and the heat recovery device is arranged, so that the tail gas of the tank kiln is cooled while waste heat is recovered, heat loss is effectively reduced, the service life of the tank kiln is prolonged, and stable operation of the tank kiln is ensured.
