Abstract

The utility model discloses a paper bag forming device, which is used for pressing and folding a sheet-shaped base material into a three-dimensional formed paper bag, and at least comprises a bearing platform, a liftable mold mechanism and a pair of viscous substance spraying mechanisms. The bearing platform is provided with a table top for bearing the sheet-shaped base material. The liftable mold mechanism comprises a lifting assembly and a forming mold capable of reciprocating in the vertical direction. A nozzle of each viscous substance spraying mechanism is located above the sheet-shaped base material and faces the sheet-shaped base material, flexible smoothing parts are arranged on the outer side, away from the forming mold, of each nozzle at intervals, and the free ends of the flexible smoothing parts abut against the sheet-shaped base material. When the forming mold penetrates through the bearing platform in the vertical direction and presses the sheet-shaped base material, the two nozzles spray viscous materials towards the side edges of the two sides of the sheet-shaped base material, and two linear viscous materials are formed on the inner surfaces of the side edges of the two sides of the sheet-shaped base material. The device has the advantages of being accurate in viscous material spraying and good in controllability.
