The infrared optical positioning device moves in the detection range of the infrared optical positioning device; the active positioning device is arranged on the teaching handle, is opposite to the infrared optical positioning device, and is used for acquiring the pose and the movement track of the teaching handle; and the driven positioning device is arranged on the electric tool, is opposite to the infrared optical positioning device and is used for acquiring the pose and the movement track of the electric tool. According to the teaching system, programming of the mechanical arm is simplified, the difficulty and professional requirements of robot programming are reduced, and common workers can be skillfully mastered and rapidly achieve programming operation on the mechanical arm after being simply trained.
