According to the lossless measuring device for the refractive index, when the optical crystal is pushed into the crystal bin, the position of the optical crystal can be translated transversely through the translation assembly, and the optical crystal can be translated to control whether the optical crystal is located in a measuring area or not under the condition that the optical crystal is not disassembled according to actual measuring requirements; the measurement conditions are met, and the two times of detection can be carried out under the condition that the sealing bin is not opened and closed, so that the measurement environment is prevented from changing, the accuracy of the measurement result is ensured, and the detection working efficiency is also improved.
