Abstract

The utility model discloses a manual sheet laser penetration welding self-adaptive clamp which comprises a plurality of partition pressing plates and a pressing beam enabling the partition pressing plates to be movably and fixedly connected, a plurality of sectional type dense welding seam grooves are formed in the partition pressing plates, and a plurality of pressing screws are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of each welding seam groove in a matched mode. Therefore, adaptive adjusting and pressing can be carried out on different weld joints. According to the self-adaptive clamp, through the pressing beam, on one hand, the self-adaptive clamp is clamped on the fixed base platform by means of the pressing beam, and on the other hand, pre-pressing between an upper plate of a welded workpiece and a lower plate of the welded workpiece is achieved through the pressing beam; on the basis, a plurality of sets of pressing screws are further arranged on the two sides of a plurality of sections of welding seams of the partition pressing plate, and a distributed multi-point pressing mode is adopted, so that clamping state coupling between closely-arranged adjacent welding seams is reduced, all the welding seams can be independently clamped, and the partition pressing plate is suitable for a connecting face with local uneven deformation.
