Hot runner system

Abstract

The hot runner system comprises a splitter plate and a plug, the splitter plate is provided with a first surface, a first runner, a second runner and a receding cavity, the first runner and the second runner intersect with each other and are parallel to the first surface, the receding cavity is formed in the intersection position of the first runner and the second runner, and an opening of the receding cavity faces the side where the first surface is located; the two ends of the first runner penetrate through the splitter plate; the plug is arranged in the receding cavity and provided with bent flow channels, the bent flow channels comprise the first bent flow channel and the second bent flow channel which are communicated with the first flow channel and the second flow channel respectively, and the angle between the first bent flow channel and the second bent flow channel is the same as the angle between the second flow channel and the first flow channel. And the first bent flow channel and the second bent flow channel are in smooth connection. According to the hot runner system, the plug is perpendicular to the first surface of the splitter plate and is inserted into the splitter plate, the runners in the splitter plate are communicated, part of the runners communicated with the outside are cut off, the structure is stable, and steps cannot be generated in the runners due to deformation.
