Abstract

An adjustable formwork fixing connector for vertical pouring of a tower column relates to the technical field of formwork fixing structures and comprises a linear guide rail and a slider slidably connected with the linear guide rail, one end of the slider is connected with the linear guide rail, the other end of the slider is used for being connected with a formwork, and a connecting structure connected with a support system for vertical pouring of the tower column is arranged on the linear guide rail. A threaded hole is formed in the end, used for being connected with the formwork, of the sliding block, an elastic sealing gasket is bonded to the outer surface, where the periphery of the threaded hole is located, of the sliding block, and a locking mechanism is arranged between the sliding block and the linear guide rail. The quick adjusting device not only has a quick adjusting function, but also can solve the problems of mortar leakage of joints of bolts and templates during construction and dislocation of the templates caused by infirm fixation of the templates through an efficient locking mechanism and a sealing design, the templates are kept stable in the construction process, vibration impact of concrete slurry can be coped with, and the construction quality is improved. And meanwhile, the formwork has good durability and adaptability, can be repeatedly used and is suitable for construction of formworks of various sizes.
