The floating plate is arranged in the sewage tank and matched with the telescopic pipe, so that the suction head can be stably located above sediments in the sewage tank under the condition that the suction head is stably connected with the centrifugal pump, and the situation that mud and sand deposited at the bottom of the sewage tank are pumped in the pumping process is avoided.
