A sealing device is arranged on the side, close to the second connecting block, of the first connecting block, a protection device is arranged on one side of the first connecting block, the sealing device comprises a rubber ring, a connecting groove is formed in one side of the first connecting block, and the inner wall of the connecting groove is slidably connected with the rubber ring; the end, away from the connecting groove, of the rubber ring is fixedly connected with one side of the second connecting block, when the sealing device is used, the first connecting block and the second connecting block are fixed together through a bolt and a nut, meanwhile, the rubber ring is extruded into the connecting groove, and therefore the sealing device is used. In this way, water leakage of the periphery of the connecting part of the first connecting block and the second connecting block can be avoided.
