Cross-workshop hoisting device

Abstract

The utility model belongs to the field of hoisting, is suitable for hoisting operation, and is particularly suitable for construction operation which cannot be directly hoisted by a crane below a cross-workshop crane beam. The machining and positioning device comprises a base 1, a main beam 2, a reinforcing steel plate 3, an end plate 4, a lifting lug 5 and a lifting lug reinforcing plate. The two reinforcing steel plates 2 (t = 10 mm) are welded to flange plates on the two sides of the H-shaped steel beam 1 (HN400200813) respectively, and the length of the H-shaped steel beam is 9000 mm; the two end plates 3 (t = 10) are welded to the two ends of the H-shaped steel beam 1, and the lifting lugs 4 (t = 20) are welded and fixed to the positions 500 mm away from the two ends of the H-shaped steel beam 1. When in use, the lifting lugs 4 are respectively lifted by two travelling cranes, a heavy object is lifted by the lifting beam 1, and a component is lifted to a specified position through the cooperation of the two travelling cranes. The hoisting device is simple in structure, convenient to manufacture and particularly suitable for construction operation of areas which are below a workshop-crossing crane beam and cannot be directly hoisted by a crane.
