The water power center is connected with a plurality of fan coil units through water pipes, the floor heating water distributing and collecting device is connected with a plurality of floor heating coils through water pipes, and the domestic water tank is connected with a domestic water terminal through a water pipe and comprises a double-pipe heat exchanger and a four-pipe air disc. The four-pipe air control disc is connected with the double-pipe heat exchanger and the hydraulic center through water pipes and comprises a fresh air circulation machine, an air inlet of the fresh air circulation machine is located in an air outlet area of the four-pipe air control disc, and an air outlet of the fresh air circulation machine is located in an area where the fan coil unit is located. The constant-temperature, constant-humidity, constant-oxygen, constant-cleanliness and constant-static effects can be achieved.
