Abstract

The utility model discloses a furnace cover of an electric arc furnace. The furnace cover comprises a cover body, a partition plate and a smoke exhaust pipeline, the partition plate is arranged in the cover body, and the peripheral side end of the partition plate is welded to the inner side wall of the cover body so that an inner cavity of the cover body can be divided into a cooling water filling cavity and a refractory material pouring cavity which are arranged up and down. A water inlet hole and a water outlet hole are formed in the side wall, corresponding to the cooling water filling cavity, of the cover body; a refractory block is poured in the refractory material pouring cavity; and one end of the smoke exhaust pipeline upwards penetrates through the top end of the cover body and communicates with the outside of the cover body, and the other end downwards sequentially hermetically penetrates through the cooling water filling cavity, the partition plate and the refractory material pouring cavity and communicates with a hearth of the electric arc furnace. According to the furnace cover of the electric arc furnace, high-temperature smoke in a hearth is exhausted through the smoke exhaust pipeline on the furnace cover instead of being exhausted through the smoke exhaust opening in the furnace body, heat distribution in the hearth is optimized, and cooling water is filled in the cooling water filling cavity, so that the heat dissipation capacity of the cover body can be improved.
