Abstract

The cleaning device for screw machining comprises a workbench, a liquid storage tank is formed in the workbench, the top of the liquid storage tank is fixedly connected with a separation frame and an auxiliary frame respectively, through holes are correspondingly formed in the positions, opposite to an inner cavity of the auxiliary frame, of the upper surface of the workbench, and cleaning cylinders are symmetrically connected to the upper surface of the workbench; the inner cavity of the cleaning cylinder communicates with the through hole, the inner side face of the cleaning cylinder is symmetrically connected with limiting rings, the cleaning brush is movably connected into the cleaning cylinder through the limiting rings, the lower surface of the cleaning brush is fixedly connected with a fixing rod, and the lower end of the fixing rod is fixedly connected with fan blades. According to the screw cleaning device, the cleaning cylinder, the cleaning brush, the transmission rod, the fan blades, the auxiliary frame, the flow dividing pipe and the pressing plate are matched, so that each screw can be independently cleaned, the cleaning effect of the screws can be enhanced, and the probability that the screws are damaged due to cleaning can be reduced.
