Feeder convenient to calibrate

Abstract

The feeder convenient to calibrate comprises a feeder body, the feeder body comprises a rack, a loading shaft, a guide shaft, a guide plate, a pressing plate and a material bearing plate, and the loading shaft, the guide shaft, the guide plate, the pressing plate and the material bearing plate are sequentially installed on the rack in the feeding direction. A fixing mechanism used for fixing material pieces at the upper end of the guide plate is arranged above the guide plate, a material collecting shaft and a plurality of auxiliary rollers used for assisting material collecting are arranged at the lower end of the rack, the loading shaft, the guide shaft, the material collecting shaft and the auxiliary rollers are all provided with adjustable limiting pieces used for limiting the material pieces, and adjustable limiting strips are arranged at the two ends, away from the feeding direction, of the pressing plate. A universal laser calibration mechanism used for calibrating the adjustable limiting piece is arranged on the side, where the adjustable limiting piece is located, of the rack. According to the technical scheme, datum lines are provided for all positions in the machine frame through the universal laser calibration mechanism, rapid calibration is achieved, simplicity and convenience are achieved, and it is avoided that due to inaccurate alignment, material pieces tilt and slip, and the feeding quality is affected.
