Pipeline sterilization devices and systems

Abstract

This application relates to the field of pipeline sterilization technology, and more particularly to pipeline sterilization devices and systems. The pipeline sterilization device is used for in-situ sterilization of a pipeline to be sterilized. The pipeline to be sterilized includes a pipeline inlet, a pipeline outlet, and a steam interface disposed between the pipeline inlet and the pipeline outlet. The pipeline sterilization device includes: a steam delivery pipeline with its steam outlet connected to the steam interface; a first temperature sensor disposed on the steam delivery pipeline; a pressure sensor disposed on the steam delivery pipeline; a first valve disposed on the steam delivery pipeline; a second valve disposed on the pipeline inlet; and a third valve disposed on the pipeline outlet. In the pipeline sterilization state, the first valve is open, and both the second and third valves are closed.
