A new type of spray drying equipment

Abstract

This utility model relates to the technical field of spray drying equipment, specifically disclosing a novel spray drying device, including a drying cylinder and a cyclone separator. The inlet of the cyclone separator is connected to the lower outlet of the drying cylinder via a pipe. A scraper frame is provided inside the drying cylinder, comprising a rotating shaft coaxially arranged with the drying cylinder and scrapers symmetrically arranged on the outer wall of the rotating shaft and in contact with the inner walls of the straight cylinder and the lower cone. A through hole is opened at the top of the rotating shaft, and an air distribution pipe is horizontally arranged above the two scrapers, fixed to the outer wall of the rotating shaft and communicating with the through hole. Multiple evenly distributed gas nozzles are provided at the bottom of the air distribution pipe. The upper end of the rotating shaft passes through a cover and is connected to a sprayer via a universal joint. A transmission mechanism for driving the rotating shaft to rotate is provided on the cover. The rotating air distribution pipe increases the contact area between the material and hot air to improve drying efficiency, while the scraper frame prevents material accumulation and ensures product quality.
