Abstract

This invention provides a device for preparing carbon-based composite materials for solar cells, belonging to the field of composite material preparation technology. It aims to solve the problem that existing carbon-based composite material preparation devices are relatively simple and their practical applications are limited. The device consists of a mixing tank, a high-pressure reactor, a natural cooler, a magnetic separator, an anhydrous ethanol washer, a distilled water mixing tank, an anhydrous ethanol storage tank, and a programmable industrial control computer. Automated control is achieved through the programmable industrial control computer. Its novel and practical structure can improve the catalytic performance of carbon, utilize the electromagnetic properties of carbon-based magnetic composite materials to promote interfacial charge transfer and electrolyte diffusion, thereby improving battery efficiency. The use of non-Pt electrode materials reduces costs and alleviates the pressure on precious metal resources. It is suitable for preparing carbon-based composite materials for dye-sensitized solar cells.
