An automatic glue application device

Abstract

This invention provides an automatic glue application device, including a support frame, a horizontal drive mechanism, a feeding mechanism, a glue application mechanism, and a dispensing mechanism. Two supports are arranged parallel to each other on both sides of the horizontal drive mechanism. The glue application mechanism includes a lifting drive mechanism and a glue application assembly. The lifting drive mechanism is vertically mounted on the horizontal drive mechanism, and the glue application assembly is mounted on the lifting drive mechanism. The feeding mechanism and the dispensing mechanism are arranged parallel to each other below the glue application assembly. This automatic glue application device can apply glue to the helical structure of threaded products and is adaptable to threads with different pitches, thus improving the utilization rate of the equipment.
