Abstract

This utility model discloses an anti-deviation device for aluminum strips used in the production of aluminum shells. It includes a mounting plate, with side plates bolted to the top of the mounting plate near the front and rear sides. A U-shaped plate is movably connected between the two side plates via a rotating shaft and bearings. A column is bolted to the center of the bottom of the inner cavity of the U-shaped plate. An anti-deviation wheel, hollow in design, is bolted to the top of the column. Sliding tubes are slidably connected to the anti-deviation wheel near its left and right sides. A limit ring is bolted to the side of the sliding tube furthest from the anti-deviation wheel. The same rotating column is fitted inside the limit ring and the sliding tube. This technical solution, through the cooperation of components such as the rotating column, inclined groove, actuating rod, sliding tube, and limit ring, enables effective extension or retraction of the anti-deviation wheel, thereby adapting to the positioning and anti-deviation of aluminum strips of different specifications, improving its anti-deviation efficiency and applicability.
